Will I see how my product looks before it ships?

Yes, after your purchase you will receive a digital mock-up within 24 hours to be sure you approve. We will work with you until we achieve your desired design. If you do not reply to the 'Logo Approval' email within 20 days, we move forward and send the design into production.

Please note: All PVC products are matched using Pantone Colors. The physical products may look slightly different from the digital mock-up due to screen display differences (RGB vs CMYK).

I have multiple logos and/or want multiple colors, do I qualify for the price break?

Unfortunately, no. The price breaks only occur with the same design/color of the product. For example, if you would like 100 units with two different logos or colors, you need to purchase '50 units' (Two times).

When will I receive my package?

We pride ourselves on high efficiency and fast turnaround as a direct factory. Our standard production timeline is:

24 Hours: Design drawing

5 Days: Make sample

7 Days: Complete order production

12 Days: Bulk goods delivered

Shipping is estimated at 7-15 days (DDP). All estimates are in business days.

Please note: The estimated turnaround time is from the moment you APPROVE the design.

Tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I never received it.

Please contact us, as the information provided to us is the same as yours. Xiaoyeah DO NOT hold or accept responsibility as well as issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or stuck in transit, returned, or much delayed. Please contact the shipping courier to locate your order.

Tariff / Duty Charges

As we offer DDP shipping (Delivered Duty Paid), all tariffs and duty charges are included in your final checkout price. You will NOT receive any additional bills for customs clearance.

Failure to pay customs or duty fees may result in delays, returned shipments, or collection notices issued by customs. Xiaoyeah is not responsible for any such outcomes if the receiver does not complete payment.

Where can I track my package?

Once production is complete, we will notify you via email with instructions on how to track your package. This email will include the tracking number and the postal service used for your package.

Printing: Digital Mock-Up vs. The Physical Product

Our digital mock-ups are designed to demonstrate the size, color, placement, and overall layout of your logo on the final product. Please note: as a professional PVC factory, our shoe charms, keychains, and patches are crafted using a mold-injected soft PVC process. Because of this physical production method, extremely fine details or tiny text on the digital mock-up may need slight adjustments to ensure durability and a clean 3D effect in the final physical item. The digital mock-ups serve for your approval of the placement, Pantone color choice, size, and spelling. Please send us the highest quality vector logo possible when ordering to ensure the best results.

Please note: the physical PVC colors will be matched via Pantone, which may look slightly different from your backlit computer/phone screen (RGB).

We are a direct factory source. We do all the design work completely ourselves, which we believe separates us from the rest. We love seeing our customers' visions come to life! Our products are manufactured and shipped from China. This direct-from-factory model helps us keep our items at the highest quality possible while maintaining costs as low as we can.
