Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we currently cannot offer returns or refunds, as each individual order is exclusively tailored to your specific design.

If there is a physical manufacturing defect with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. - Please note: The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that all details (spelling, Pantone colors, placement, and size) are correct on the Digital Mock-up before giving final approval.

If you are unsatisfied with the final look or size of your custom magnets, DIY focal pens, or other accessories (although this is non-refundable), please let us know your feedback. We highly value your input and will always take it into consideration for our future production.

Once an item is in production (after you have approved the design), you can no longer request a refund, as the manufacturing costs for your unique product have already been incurred. However, you are more than welcome to ask for design revisions before approving the digital mock-up.
