Shipping Policy

Xiaoyeah supports worldwide shipping for custom PVC products and ready-to-ship items. For many bulk custom orders, we can arrange DDP shipping, which means duties and import handling can be included where available.

Tariff / Duty Charges: As we offer DDP shipping (Delivered Duty Paid), all tariffs and duty charges are included in your final checkout price. You will NOT receive any additional bills for customs clearance. Failure to pay customs or duty fees may result in delays, returned shipments, or collection notices issued by customs. Xiaoyeah is not responsible for any such outcomes if the receiver does not complete payment.

Shipping Worldwide: Estimated Delivery Time: 14-21 days after approving the design for production. (Production Time: 7-12 days | Shipping: 7-15 days.)

What is the 'Priority Production' Method? Our 'Priority Production' paid upgrade option helps customers receive their package sooner. Although we currently do not have an option for a guaranteed delivery date, we bypass the handling times and push these into production quicker than our standard shipping method.

Please Double-Check Your Address. Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check their address before placing an order. We will not cover the cost to produce and ship out a new batch if the address entered was wrong. We do feel bad, and will most likely issue a discount code if this occurs, but we cannot cover the full cost.
