Xiaoyeah supports international shipping coordination for custom PVC products and ready-to-ship items. The available shipping method, destination, delivery estimate, and whether DDP applies are confirmed in the checkout terms or written quotation for the specific order.

Tariff / Duty Charges

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) includes applicable import duties and import handling only when DDP is explicitly stated in the checkout terms or written quotation. If DDP is not stated, the buyer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, or related clearance requirements.

Custom Order Timing

Custom timing is planned after the artwork, quantity per design or version, construction, packaging, destination, and any sample or approval requirements are reviewed. Production scheduling begins after the relevant design direction and practical order details are approved. The written quotation confirms the project-specific production and shipping plan.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship handling and transit estimates are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Carrier capacity, customs, weather, and peak-season conditions can affect the actual delivery date.

Priority Production

Priority Production is a paid option when available. It may change handling or production priority, but it does not guarantee a delivery date unless the written order terms explicitly state one.

Please double-check the delivery address before placing an order. Any reproduction or re-shipping costs related to an incorrect address follow the order terms and the confirmed customer service resolution.
