Shipping Policy

YEALQUE ships custom PVC products and ready-to-ship items internationally when available. The specific method, destination, shipping charge, delivery estimate, and whether DDP applies are shown at checkout or in the written quotation or order confirmation.

Custom Order Timing

For custom products, all preparation, production, and transit estimates below are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Timing begins after artwork, quantity per design or version, construction, packaging, destination, and any required sample or approval details are confirmed in writing.

  • Digital mock-up or artwork preparation: approximately 2 business days after we receive the required artwork and project details.
  • Sample production: approximately 6-8 business days after the sample direction and required details are approved.
  • Bulk production: approximately 7-10 business days after final artwork and order details are approved and production can begin.

These are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Complex revisions, multiple versions, special construction, packaging requirements, holidays, supplier capacity, or delayed customer approvals can extend the schedule. The written quotation or order confirmation controls if it gives a project-specific schedule.

Shipping After Dispatch

The usual express shipping transit estimate is approximately 7-10 business days after dispatch. Transit time is separate from artwork preparation and production time. Carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, peak-season volume, remote destinations, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can affect delivery. Tracking updates may take time to appear after pickup.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Express transit is usually approximately 7-10 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier and customs conditions.

DDP and DAP options for custom orders

For our custom products, customers may request DDP, DAP, or quotations for both when contacting us. Availability, destination coverage, shipping price, transit estimate, and the final shipping term are confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation.

DDP — Duties & Taxes Included. Where DDP service is available and explicitly stated in the written quotation, the confirmed price includes the applicable import duties and taxes we arrange for the shipment.

DAP — Duties Excluded; Buyer Pays Customs. Under DAP, the quoted shipping price excludes import duties, taxes, brokerage, clearance charges, and other destination charges. The buyer or recipient is responsible for paying those charges and completing any required import formalities.

Select DDP, DAP, or “Please quote both” in the custom quote form. If no preference is selected, we can recommend an option after reviewing the destination and order details. The written quotation or order confirmation controls if it contains project-specific terms.

Ready-to-ship products are shipped under DDP (Duties & Taxes Included). Applicable import duties and taxes are included in the checkout total or order confirmation. Customers should not be charged these duties and taxes again upon delivery.

Address and Delivery Issues

Please check the delivery address before ordering. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or a requested re-shipment will be handled under the order terms. Contact rike@xiaoyeah.com promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem.

Priority Production

Priority production is a paid option only when offered and confirmed in writing. It may change production priority but does not guarantee a delivery date unless the written order terms expressly state one.
