Need a custom product or new concept? Choose a product format, then send a guided brief.

1. Choose the route and product format.
2. Tell us quantity per design, artwork versions, intended use, fit or compatibility, attachment, packaging, destination, and timing.
3. We review feasibility and recommend the appropriate PVC, 2.5D/3D, UV print, sample, and quote path.
4. Approve the mock-up, written quote, and any sample or packaging details.
5. Production starts only after approval; ready-to-ship orders go straight to checkout.

New formats: watch slider charms are handled as a feasibility review. We confirm MOQ, mold fee, lead time, and market fit in writing because those fields are still pending in the knowledge base.
