Start with the role of the artwork. The final construction is reviewed against the intended size, details and attachment.
Not sure which route fits? Send the artwork and intended use. We can review whether a raised layer, a different scale or the 3D format makes more sense.

02 What gets checked
A useful mock-up should answer practical questions.
Before a design direction is confirmed, align the artwork with the physical scale and how the keychain will hang or be packed.
- 01Small lines, lettering and gapsShare the intended finished size when fine details matter. Tiny marks may need a practical adjustment.
- 02Ring and attachment positionShow where the ring, clasp or strap should sit so the artwork and hanging direction can be reviewed together.
- 032D, raised areas and colorCall out which parts should stay flat and which details need relief. Screen colors and physical PVC can differ.
03 Project facts
What is set now—and what is confirmed per order.
These are the details that make an estimate useful. The written quote controls where a project needs a different build or delivery plan.
- Material / format
- Soft PVC in 2D or 2.5D construction. The design direction is reviewed before production.
- Artwork fit
- Logos, mascots, lettering and color blocks are starting references. Fine lines, small text and narrow gaps are reviewed at the intended size.
- Attachment
- Key ring, lobster clasp or bag attachment can be discussed. Final placement and hardware are recorded in the quote.
- Quantity basis
- The live listing starts at 50 pieces for one design. Each order is for one design; place separate orders for different designs.
- Mock-up / approval
- A free digital mock-up and practical project review are available before production. A digital mock-up is not a physical sample.
- Timing / shipping
- DDP, when expressly quoted, generally places import clearance and agreed import duties/taxes with the seller. Under DAP, the buyer generally handles import clearance and pays import duties/taxes. Exact terms and availability are confirmed in writing for the destination and order.
Color references guide the review, but a screen preview cannot guarantee an exact match to a physical material. Tell us the destination and required in-hand date so the route can be checked.

Can I review the design before production?
Yes. A free digital mock-up is prepared for review, and practical order details are confirmed before production begins. It is a digital proof, not a physical sample.
Can small lettering and narrow gaps be reproduced?
Share the original artwork and intended finished size. The team reviews practical line and letter detail in the mock-up before confirming the production direction.
Can one order include multiple designs?
No. Each order is for one design. If you need multiple different designs, place a separate order for each design and state the quantity for each design.
What is the difference between DDP and DAP?
DDP: when expressly included in the written quote for the destination and order, the seller generally handles import clearance and the agreed import duties/taxes. DAP: the seller arranges delivery to the named place, while the buyer generally handles import clearance and pays import duties/taxes and related charges. Available terms, exact responsibilities and costs depend on the destination and written quote.
How is timing confirmed?
Timing, destination and available shipping terms are reviewed for the specific project. DDP is not assumed; it applies only when stated for that destination and order in the written quote.
When should I choose 3D instead of 2.5D?
