What is the difference between custom and ready-to-ship products?

Xiaoyeah has 12 made-to-order custom PVC product formats. Choose custom when you need your own logo, artwork, shape, colors, or packaging. All other products are ready-to-ship styles shown as listed and can be ordered through direct checkout.

Will I see my custom design before production?

Yes. Send your logo, sketch, or reference artwork through our Free Digital Mock-Up page. We review the artwork and prepare a digital mock-up so you can confirm the design direction, size, colors, spelling, and practical details before production begins.

Can different logos or colors share one quantity tier?

Quantity pricing normally applies to one design and color version. If an order includes multiple logos or color versions, each version may need to meet its own quantity tier. Contact us with the design breakdown so we can confirm the correct pricing structure.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom timing depends on artwork complexity, quantity, sample requirements, packaging, and destination. The production and delivery plan is confirmed for the specific order after the mock-up and practical details are reviewed. Please tell us your required date before approval so feasibility can be checked.

How quickly are ready-to-ship orders handled?

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is generally 8–12 business days after dispatch, but carrier, customs, weather, and peak-season conditions can affect delivery. See our Shipping Policy for the current details.

Are duties and tariffs included?

DDP shipping includes applicable import duties only when DDP is explicitly stated in the checkout terms or written quotation. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges. The checkout or confirmed quotation for your order controls.

Where can I track my package?

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order after dispatch. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, first check the delivery address, nearby safe locations, and the carrier. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the available shipping information.

Why can physical PVC colors differ from the screen?

Digital mock-ups are viewed on backlit screens, while physical PVC colors are produced from material pigments. Pantone references can guide color matching, but small visual differences may occur because screens, lighting, material, and production methods display color differently.

Can every tiny detail in my artwork be produced?

Very fine lines, tiny text, narrow gaps, and small isolated shapes may need practical adjustment for molding, durability, and clean color separation. We explain relevant production limits during artwork review instead of silently changing the approved direction.

What is the return policy?

Ready-to-ship and custom-made products follow different return rules. Custom products are generally final sale once production has started, while eligible ready-to-ship returns must meet the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items should be reported promptly with clear photos and the order number.

Where are Xiaoyeah products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured and shipped from China. We support buyers with artwork review, production follow-up, packing, and international shipping coordination.
