Is setup included in the price?
Yes. Reference prices include standard cutting setup for the standard build shown above. Different designs, unusual construction or additional tooling are reviewed and itemized in your written quote.
Can I split the minimum across different designs?
The minimum is 50 pieces per design. For example, two different designs at the minimum would be 100 pieces in total. Share all versions so we can quote them correctly.
Can the two sides have different artwork?
Yes, you can request a different reverse. The standard reference uses the same artwork on both sides. Different reverse artwork, text orientation and any changes to the print construction are confirmed with your proof and quote.
Will the acrylic look completely transparent?
Unprinted acrylic areas can remain clear. White ink behind printed areas changes opacity and color appearance. Your proof confirms which areas are clear and which are printed; the gallery images are design references, and your final build is confirmed in the proof.
Are shipping, duties and taxes included?
No. Displayed prices are goods references in USD. Shipping and any import duties or taxes are quoted separately for your destination. DDP or DAP terms apply only when stated in the written quote.
How long does a custom order take?
Artwork review, sampling if requested, production and transit each affect the schedule. Share your delivery country and target date; we confirm a realistic schedule with your quote before you commit.
What should I send for the free mock-up?
Start with your logo, illustration or sketch, plus the size and quantity you have in mind. Use the project details field to share an artwork link or explain your idea. We can confirm file requirements with you during review.
