Is the mold included in the price?
Yes. Reference prices include one standard mold for the quoted design for the standard build shown above. Different designs, unusual construction or additional tooling are reviewed and itemized in your written quote.
Can I split the minimum across different designs?
The minimum is 50 pieces per design. For example, two different designs at the minimum would be 100 pieces in total. Share all versions so we can quote them correctly.
What is the difference between soft and hard enamel?
Soft enamel has recessed color areas separated by raised metal borders. Hard enamel is polished to a smoother surface and requires a separate quote. The prices shown here apply to the soft enamel standard build.
Can I use gradients or very fine details?
Enamel works best with distinct solid-color areas separated by metal lines. We review fine text and narrow details in your proof. For photographic detail or gradients, consider custom acrylic keychains.
Are shipping, duties and taxes included?
No. Displayed prices are goods references in USD. Shipping and any import duties or taxes are quoted separately for your destination. DDP or DAP terms apply only when stated in the written quote.
How long does a custom order take?
Artwork review, sampling if requested, production and transit each affect the schedule. Share your delivery country and target date; we confirm a realistic schedule with your quote before you commit.
What should I send for the free mock-up?
Start with your logo, illustration or sketch, plus the size and quantity you have in mind. Use the project details field to share an artwork link or explain your idea. We can confirm file requirements with you during review.
