Artwork Review, Sample Feedback, and a Follow-Up Design

Customer case study

The buyer supplied a logo and asked for a custom charm, total quote, and delivery planning. After the first design direction, the buyer checked a physical sample, requested a small lettering adjustment, reviewed the finished batch, and later returned with another design using the same kind of product.

The screenshots show an initial 100-piece inquiry, a later 200-piece design request, a sample check on a measurement grid, and packed product photos. Exact prices, address details, and tracking information are redacted.

Project sequence

  1. Logo inquiry and brief. The buyer provided artwork, intended quantity, destination, and a use-related design request.
  2. Design proof. The logo was adapted into a charm layout for review.
  3. Sample feedback. The buyer checked the physical sample and asked for the organization wording to be adjusted.
  4. Final batch evidence. Finished products were photographed after the design was confirmed.
  5. Follow-up design. A later message introduced another design request, showing how an approved workflow can support repeat projects.

Practical lesson

Sample feedback is most useful when it is specific: lettering size, spacing, fit, attachment, and intended use. Share the required in-hand date early so artwork approval, sampling if needed, production, packing, and transit can be planned together.
